We have partnered with Zero Burden Service, incorporating MissingX, the world’s largest lost and found database and return service.
You should search the database for your item first. If the item was handed in then it will be logged here and you can claim it using the ‘claim’ icon next to the item on the results page.
If your item is not shown on the results page then please REGISTER the loss at the top of the Results page.
When you register your item and contact details with MissingX, we will let you know by email if we find your item.
Once your item is found, we will send you a link to pay for shipping to a destination of your choice.
Where does lost property go?
It can take up to 7 days for items to reach us.
If you leave something at one of our venues, it’s normally recorded as found there, however, we do not keep items for more than a few days. Zero Burden Service will collect and store all our items and any items subsequently claimed will be subject to a small handling fee with postage and packing.
