Enjoy a healthy one day yoga retreat at the beautiful Stanmer House, Stanmer Park.

7.45am  – Arrival (with refreshing Juice shots to get you invigorated!)

8am – 9.30am – Yoga Session (1 hr 30 mins)
Join us bright and early for a fun, dynamic class which will help detox and strengthen the body. With Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga influences, this class will awaken the body with flowing sequences and emphasis on good alignment, leaving you feeling energised and glowing.

9.30am – 10.30am – Breakfast (healthy and balanced, created by Nutritionist Rachel Howell)

10.30am – 11.30am – Free Time or complimentary 121 with our Nutritionist Rachel Howell of Nutribalance UK
Time to read, explore etc.

11.30am – 12.45pm – Yoga Session (1 hr 15 mins)
A calming session where postures are held for longer to enable deep relaxation. This helps ease out long stored tensions in the body and allows you to rest fully.

1pm – 2pm – Lunch 

2pm – 3pm – Free Time or guided countryside walk in the beautiful Stanmer Park and Great Wood

Time to read, explore etc.

3pm – 4pm – Yoga Session (1 hr) – In this class we focus on some meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques and end with yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to you leave feeling spacious and deeply relaxed.

4pm Event ends -you’ll leave feeling on top of the world!

Free On Site parking is available for retreat guests.

This is a small retreat of 15 people maximum to ensure that you receive the very best experience throughout your stay.

Monday to Thursday:  10:00-18:00

Friday: 10:00 – 22:30*

Saturday: 10:00 – 23:00

Sunday: 10:00-18:00

Ample on site parking for customers.
