If your experience is not as you had expected, we very much like to deal with problems at the time they arise, as little can be done to resolve problems after they have occurred. So, please don’t think you’re making a fuss, we like to get things right and will change what we can during your visit.

We hate it when we get things wrong. If you do decide to give feedback after your visit, then please email us; we’ll do our very best to put things right.

We always like to hear about positive experiences, especially if a specific member of staff deserves some special recognition. So, if you have had a good experience, please do let us know – it’s always appreciated.
